Tiana GoosenArtist, Studio & Classes
A place where artists grow. Classical training in drawing and painting, guided by tradition and inspired by beauty.
Our Story Begins With
A Place Where Artists Grow
Tiana Goosen Studio started when a local artist, Tiana Goosen, looked for a place to call her own—to paint and to teach others to do the same. And then came the opportunity to move into this lovely venue at Green Gables in Strand.
What began as a personal studio has blossomed into a nurturing community where aspiring and experienced artists alike come to develop their skills through classical training methods, learning the language of the Old Masters.
"I am always doing what I cannot do yet, in order to learn how to do it"— Vincent van Gogh

Tiana Goosen
Artist & Art Educator • Owner of Tiana Goosen Studio
Tiana's passion for classical realism led her to Florence, Italy, where she trained at the prestigious Florence Academy of Art—one of the world's leading institutions for traditional artistic education.
Returning to South Africa, she brings this wealth of knowledge and classical technique to Tiana Goosen Studio, guiding students in the same time-honored methods that have produced masterpieces for centuries.
